Recipe from My Recipes.com, Visit them for more!
You will need:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking power
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
- 20 oz. pinapple chucks (myrecipe.com says to use canned, but I like fresh!!)
Lets get baking!
- Let's get that oven preheated to 375 F
- Now mix mix mix the flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, milk and vanilla extract until it's a smooth as your favorite pick up line.
- Gently stir in the butter
- Spread that delicious batter into a 9-by-13 inch baking dish(fyi: it will be pretty thin) and scatter those sweet pineapple chucks over the batter.
- Bake about 25 minutes or until the pineapple chucks fall to the bottom and the top is beautiful golden brown
- Let the cobbler cool a little(but not too much!) Serve with your favorite vanilla icecream or whipped cream. Enjoy!!
